An Iconic and beautiful hotel, with a perfect location in the heart of the city. We used the train station multi storey car park which is a stones throw away from the hotel, very convenient and easy to use. Our room was immaculately clean, stylish and well equipped, very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, the full English breakfast was well cooked and the variety was plentiful, juices, cereal, fruit and even breakfast muffins, that were yummy. All of the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, so thank you all for a lovely memorable stay! The Queens Hotel definitely lives up to its reputation. (when walking past the hotel on a Saturday morning as two local teenagers, we used to look up at the hotel and say one day we’ll stay there, after 50 years we finally did and it was very special and memorable)

I haven't been inside the Queen's for quite a number of years - the first thing I noticed was that you have tried to retain the Art Deco look everywhere. Very impressive. I believe all the staff work well as a team. The reception desk staff were very friendly, very helpful and efficient. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and a vast difference from recent hotel rooms I've stayed in. The bar in the evening was good. At breakfast the staff were again very efficient, organising seating arrangements etc (and on the billing where we had not pre-booked the breakfasts). The choice and quality of breakfast food was again excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Staff were brilliant - friendly, welcoming and efficient. Our room was just the right size and we loved the huge mirror with the lighting down each side! Our bags were stored before we checked in so we could go into Leeds centre and shop - the gentleman on the front desk who greeted us was lovely and welcomed us warmly. The smell of the hotel - even in the revolving doors was so good - it set the tone as soon as you had even set foot in the hotel. I was staying with my daughter and she commented on it every time we came back into the hotel - it was really lovely!

The thing that impressed me most was not the fact it was a fairly good standard of hotel and good quality furnishings etc it was all the extras that usually drive me mad in other hotels. There were great LIGHTS around the room and on mirrors (usually I find hotel rooms dark and impossible to do my make up!) The air conditioning was simple and actually worked!!! There were plugs everywhere, and by the bed and the wi-fi was great. Lots of little thoughtful things to make it comfy.

the restaurant was exceptional, the food was lovely as well as the staff. the staff was lovely and welcoming, and the room was as beautiful. We stayed and had breakfast in the morning, this was great value and lots to choose from the hotel environment was very warm and welcoming, a lovely place to stay - home away from home - would 100% recommend and stay here again the room itself was impressive, very cozy and modern at the same time, felt very luxury
